Meet the Groomer.

A little about myself: I have worked in the grooming industry for over 18 years. I grew up in the industry where I learned most everything from my mother starting at the young age of 10. I began by helping my mother out on weekends, and when I was not in school, at her salon. I would help her with everything from bathing, blow-drying, brushing, and taking care of clients as they came in. By the time I was a teenager, I had started to learn to groom. I took a break for a few years as an older teen, which helped me determine that this is my dream and where I wanted to continue my lifelong career.

As I got older, I decided it was time to spread my wings. I left at the age of 22 and spent two years living in Southern California. During my time there, I was able to groom for several different places, which allowed me to groom for a large variety of clients. This opportunity enabled me to further my education and knowledge in the grooming industry and gain a lot of different experiences. After those two years, I decided it was time to move back home and put my roots down here in Lebanon County. Since being back home, I have furthered my education even further. Currently, I am certified in Pet Psychology, Dog Grooming, Pet First Aid & CPR, Puppy Handling, Vaccines, Asian Fusion Style, and Safety and Sanitation during Covid-19. I strongly believe in continuing education and have taken many other classes within the industry, including but not limited to Cat Grooming, Hand Stripping, Corrective/Camouflage Grooming, Bichon Pet Trims, and Understanding Allergies in Pets. My Specialties include Bichons, Poodles, Hand Stripping, Corrective/Camouflage Grooming, and Combination Coats (i.e., Doodles). Within the next few years, I will be pursuing my National Certified Master Groomer title and Certified Feline Master Groomer.  However, my biggest dream was to have my own salon, so after 18 years of grooming for other salons, I decided it was time, and here we are. I am so excited and can't wait to share my dream with you all.
